At QalbiqueCo, we ensure every order is packed with care and delivered in perfect condition. As we deal with jewellery and accessories that require hygienic and delicate handling, our return and refund process follows strict guidelines.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return, No Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Size, length, or fit issues
- Dislike of design or color
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Natural imperfections in handmade items
- Tarnishing caused by water, sweat, perfume, or improper storage
2. Return or Refund Only With Proof
A return or refund is accepted only in the case of:
- A damaged product
- A missing item
- A wrong product received
AND only if complete proof is provided.
To qualify, customers must submit a clear, continuous unboxing video that shows:
- The outer packaging
- The opening of the package in one take (no cuts, no edits)
- The product clearly
- The issue visible in the video
Screenshots or photos alone are not accepted.
3. Time Limit to Report an Issue
Issues must be reported within 5 hours of delivery.
After 5 hours, no claims will be accepted.
You must provide:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Clear explanation of the issue
4. Approval After Verification
Once we receive your proof, our team will verify the claim based on:
- Clarity and continuity of the video
- Validity of the issue
- Evidence matching the delivered parcel
If the claim is approved, you will receive either:
- A replacement of the same product (if available), or
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 2 days after approval.
5. Ineligible Return/Refund Cases
Your claim will not be accepted if:
- The product is used or worn
- The video is unclear, edited, or incomplete
- The issue is reported after 5 hours
- The product was mishandled by the customer
- Color difference is due to lighting or screen settings
- Tarnishing occurs over time due to sweat, water, or perfumes
- You fail to provide the required unboxing video
- The item is a free gift or part of a sale/offer
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 16 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For prepaid orders, refunds for valid cancellations (within 16 hours) will be initiated to the original payment method.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered only if your return request is approved.
We will arrange the pickup or provide return instructions.
8. Important Notes
- All jewellery is artificial, gold-plated, stainless steel, or anti-tarnish. Not real gold.
- Slight variations in design, color, or texture are normal.
- Products may be handcrafted by QalbiqueCo or sourced from selected manufacturers.
